2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has stated that she, on her own will, left her house for going to Deoghar. When she reached Jasidih, she contacted co-accused Raju and in a little time they became friends. Thereafter, both of them went to Kolkatta. Co-accused Raju took the victim to his work place where his employer turned them away and also informed his family members and requested them to return to the home. Petitioner happens to be father of said co-accused Raju. No overt act has been alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the

No.32825 of 2024(2) dt.23-05-2024 2/2 petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge I cum Special Judge, POCSO Act Buxar in Buxar Town Police Station Case No. 405 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
