2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning to his house and reached near Bari Masjid, he found some persons were quarreling and in the meantime, petitioners made firing causing pellet injury at the neck of the informant.

4. Allegation of firing is general and omnibus against the petitioners. Though there is allegation that these two accused persons fired upon informant, but Doctor has found only one fire arms injury on the body of informant. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of

No.37008 of 2023(2) dt.03-08-2023 2/2 arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Siwan town Police Station Case No. 731 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
