Having regard to the fact that the order of this Court dated 05.07.2010 passed in C.W.J.C No. 11245 of 2001 stands modified by the Division Bench in its order dated 21.03.2013 passed in L.P.A No. 324 of 2013, this Court would find it difficult to initiate proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties.
Patna High Court MJC No.169 of 2014 (2) dt.04-05-2015 That being so, this application has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of. Nothing said in this order however will come in the way of the petitioner in seeking his remedy before appropriate forum/Court.
