The grievance of the petitioner is non-consideration of his case for appointment as Tola Sevak despite the direction issued by the Director, Jan Shiksha vide letter dated 25.10.2016 as contained in Annexure-7.

Considering the letter of the Director, Jan Shiksha dated 25.10.2016 the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the eligibility of the petitioner for appointment as Tola Sevak in the light of the letter

Patna High Court CWJC No.12996 of 2019(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 dated 25.10.2016. Necessary decision in this connection may be taken by the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Aurangabad within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
