ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 06-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who has filed a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the statement recorded by the Magistrate under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure wherein the alleged detenue has made her statement and thereafter she has also stated that she is accompanying her husband Shambhu Prasad with whom she will live henceforth.
