1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "(i) To issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the Respondents not to arbitrarily exercise their power.

(ii) To issue Writ in the nature of Mandamus for

Patna High Court CWJC No.8285 of 2024(3) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 directing the Respondent authorities not to interfere in the matter Sub-Judice before the Court of Sub Judge-01 at Buxar Civil Court, unless specific direction/order is passed to act. (iii) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari for Quashing the order dt.- 12/02/2024, issued vide letter no.- 589, passed by the Respondent No. 06 and other subsequent arbitrary orders passed by the respondents (other than the orders of the Civil Court Buxar), which are arbitrary in nature and have been issued beyond jurisdiction, as the partition suit is pending before the competent Civil Court."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
