This petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 7 of the E.C. Act. One co-accused of this case, namely, Ritesh Kumar has moved this Court for quashing the present F.I.R. being Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 139 of 2017 registered for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47043 of 2018(4) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 offences punishable under Sections 420 and 408 of the Indian Penal and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act and the same was quashed in Cr. Misc. No. 9322 of 2018. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 01.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9322 of 2018, this application is allowed and the F.I.R. of Purnea Sadar P.S.
