In this case, the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this application, the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur has passed the order on 25th November 2013 (Annexure-A). In such view of the matter, he intends to resort the forum of appeal challenging the order of the District Magistrate and for that, he makes a prayer for withdrawal of this case with the aforesaid leave.
