The petitioner while questioning the validity of a voter-list prepared in respect of Sri Krishna Goshala, Patna City, has also prayed to stay the election which was to be held on 20.8.2015.
In my opinion, in the nature of the grievance raised herein the remedy for the petitioner lies elsewhere and not by way of this writ petition.
This writ petition is disposed of preserving liberty to the petitioner take recourse to such other remedy that may be available to him in law.
