The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 413, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, a stolen Bolero vehicle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and one another.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No recovery as alleged has taken place from his possession. He is in custody since 30.11.2020 and has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and

No.39632 of 2021(2) dt.19-01-2022 2/2 taking into consideration the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for more than 1 year, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case no.459 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VII, Gopalganj.
