JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 02-12-2015 After having heard the parties and in view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos.4 to 6 particularly in view of the order dated 06.10.2015 passed by the District Collector, Muzaffarpur, as contained in Annexure-D to the aforesaid show cause, this Court is of the opinion that no case for initiating a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties is made out.

Accordingly, the present MJC application is dismissed.

However, it goes without saying that, the District Collector, Muzaffarpur or the competent authority shall pay the consequential benefits to the petitioner to the aforesaid order dated
