The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kesariya P.S. Case No.97 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 386, 387, 323, 504, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The informant firstly filed complaint case on the basis of which the present F.I.R. was registered. The informant alleged that his younger son got drug addicted and both the petitioners fraudulently got a sale deed executed by his younger son in their favour.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that younger son of the informant voluntarily sold the land after taking consideration amount. The first son of the informant filed partition

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the dispute is of civil nature, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No.97 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
