2. This is the fourth attempt of the appellant for grant of regular bail.

3. Earlier, prayer for bail of the appellant was rejected vide order dated 15.06.2020, 28.04.2022 and 23.11.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 341 of 2020, Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3618 of 2021 and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3039 of 2022 respectively.

4. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide order dated 23.11.2022 prayer for regular bail of the appellant was rejected with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months, if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that this

6. In such view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the appellant on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby once again rejected.
