2. Reply has been filed by the petitioner to the 4th supplementary counter affidavit of respondent no.4.
3. The petitioner had moved the Court for the following reliefs :- " i. For issuance an appropriate writ/ writs, directing and commanding the respondents to pay retirement benefits as well as fixation of pension of the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.18359 of 2016 dt.30-08-2018 2/2 ii. For issuance an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to pay statutory interest on the dues amount of the petitioner from date of retirement to till date."
4. All relate to retiral benefit. However, in the reply filed by the petitioner today, claim is made relating to ACP/MACP.
5. The Court finds that such claim being an in-service claim, would not come under retirement benefit and the same has also not been asked for in the writ petition.
6. In view of the pleadings on record, the Court finds that the authorities have paid the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off. However, with regard to any other claim, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/ forum, in accordance with law. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) N.H./- U
