The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ara Mahila P.S. Case No. 06 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354(B), 354(D), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking into the nature of allegation where the lady, who is the informant's wife having been molested, while he was on duty and photographs being taken of the lady by the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
