2. In terms of the order dated 11.07.2019, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 3 in which it has been stated along with copies of relevant documents that the Health Department has done all works required on its part and whatever is left, it is for the Accountant

Patna High Court MJC No.28 of 2015 dt.26-07-2019 2/2 General, Bihar to take matters to their logical conclusion by issuing authority slip relating to fixation of revised pension and difference of gratuity.

3. Learned counsel for the Accountant General submitted that he has appeared suo motu without there being any formal service of copy or notice to him in the present proceeding. However, he submitted that he has received instructions to indicate that the authority for difference amount of gratuity and revised pension has already been issued. He submitted that he has even received copies of the same which have been issued on 24.07.2019.

4. As the same are not on record, let copy of the same be handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner today itself.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the order of the Court dated 16.09.2009 passed in CWJC No. 14966 of 2004, has been complied with.
