The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 122 of 2017, registered under Sections 8/17 (C) and 18(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act, 1985, pending in the court of learned Sessions-cum-Special Judge, NDPS, Aurangabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in chemical examination, it was found that the seized materials were neither narcotics nor psychotropic substance rather the same is used for grain preservative.

Admittedly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier refused on merit vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28596 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 06.12.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 56469 of 2017. Accordingly, I find no any reasonable ground to reconsider the pre-arrest bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for pre-arrest bail stands again rejected.
