1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to grant the benefits of Assured Career Progression Scheme to the petitioner as admissible to the employees of the respondent- Board inter-alia the following:
Reliefs:- (i) The respondents be directed to grant ACP benefits to the petitioner and accordingly integrate the petitioner's
Patna High Court CWJC No.15413 of 2015(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 pension reckoning with the same benefits;
(ii) The respondents be directed to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner as he is found legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case;"
2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
