JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 This application has been filed by the petitioner for restoration of Cr. Writ Token No.8475 of 2016 corresponding to Cr.W.J.C. No.272 of 2016 which stood dismissed for want of prosecution on 25.02.2016.

Registry pointed out certain defects pursuant to which the matter was placed before the Lawazima Board on 05.09.2018. Though, no one appeared before the Lawazima Board on 05.09.2018, two weeks final time was allowed to the petitioner to remove the defects. Till date, defects have not been removed. Even today, on calls, no one appeared to press the application.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed
