Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in Barun P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 registered under sections 379, 411 and 420/34 IPC as well as sections 3/4/5 of Bihar Illegal Mines Act & 75 of the Bihar Mineral Rules.

It is stated that petitioner nos.1 and 3 are the owners of the vehicle which was found parked at the mining place whereas petitioner nos. 2 and 4 were allegedly the drivers. However, none of them was present there.

Let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from today, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2673 of 2018(2) dt.15-01-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of CJM, Aurangabad in Barun P.S. Case No. 185 of 2017 on condition that one of the bailors of each of the petitioners shall be their own/close family members.
