That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) for directing the respondent authorities to produce the selection / appointment letter of respondent no. 8 namely Smt. Usha Dumari who has wrongly been selected/ appointed on the post of Anganbari sevika in ward no. 3 in Lalmaniya Panchayat of Anganbari centre no. 75 in place of this petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.8139 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 by submitting forged and fabricated documents with the help of respondent no. 7 and petitioner further prays for quashing the selection/appointment letter of respondent no. 8 and to issue selection/ appointment letter in favor of petitioner and grant any other relief(s) for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
