The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, inasmuch as pay-scale of R. 5200-20,200 has been fixed w.e.f. 01.01.2006 with grade pay of Rs. 1800/-. It is further submitted that the arrears have also been paid vide cheque no.

003190 dated 01.07.2016 amounting to Rs. 7,48,148/-.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as are available to him, in case any of his grievances still remains.
