Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 404 of 2019 for the offence under sections 380 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that similarly circumstances other co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this Court. In order to maintain consistency, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31157 of 2020(2) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 404 of 2019 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
