The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 17.02.2022 passed by Collector Supaul-cum-Second Appellate authority in regard to Misc. No.

506110604210 1277/2A whereby

Patna High Court CWJC No.8191 of 2022(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/3 and whereunder the S.H.O. Kunauli was directed to remove the Kachada (Garbagge) from the encroached land and restore the foot way.

(ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 01.09.2021 passed by Additional Collector, Supaul-cum-First Appellate Authority in regard to (Misc. No.- 5061106042101277/1A whereby and whereunder he has been pleased to direct the Circle Officer to remove Kachada(Garbagge) from the road on erroneous ground without going through the report of Halka Karamchari as well as without considering the fact that the Respondent no. 7 (complainant) had filed the said complaint with a view to harass the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8191 of 2022(2) dt.31-07-2023 3/3 petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
