This application is for modification of order dated 11.10.2017 passed in Cr.W.J.C.No.1685/2017 to the extent that instead of bank guarantee of Rs.5,00,000/- it be ordered that the bank guarantee to the satisfaction of the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah be accepted as valuation of the seized vehicle is lesser than Rs.5,00,000/-.
Prayer is formal in nature. The same is allowed. It is ordered that the Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah shall accept the bank guarantee of the amount equal to the value of the tractor and trailer at the time of release.
