JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-07-2019 In view of the order dated 17.4.2019 wherein an undertaking was given on behalf of the petitioner that members of the association will evict / vacate the premises and hand over the key to the Principal of the College to facilitate District Administration to inspect as well as search the hutment or other temporary structure for ensuring that the hutment may not be used for foul play, as also considering the statement of the learned counsel appearing for the Principal, A.N.College, Patna that locks have been put in all the premises as well as in all the temporary structures, after the persons staying therein have vacated the same, this Court finds that nothing remains for adjudication
Patna High Court CWJC No.8240 of 2019(4) dt.16-07-2019 2/2 in the present case and it appears that for this reason, nobody has turned up on behalf of the petitioner to prosecute the present writ petition.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution and the order granting status quo dated 17.4.2019 stands vacated.
