2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has not filed her objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914, the present writ petition is disposed granting liberty to the petitioner to file her objection under Section 9 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. On such objection being filed, the Certificate Officer, i.e., Respondent No. 4 shall pass necessary final orders under Section 10 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914, as expeditiously as possible within a period

4. The Certificate Officer before passing the order give opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and consider the objection filed by the petitioner and pass a reasoned order.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Till such time final orders are passed, the authorities are directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
