1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this writ petition is directed against the order contained in Memo No.767 dated 29.08.2014 issued by the respondent Circle Officer, Hilsa, Nalanda directing to remove alleged encroachment in terms of the order passed by 04.09.2014 otherwise the same will be removed on 06.09.2014 by the Government officials."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State submits that on account of an anomalous situation, having arisen with regard to the status of the husband of the petitioner, a fresh notice shall be issued to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.15319 of 2014(4) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 by the Circle Officer, Hilsa, District-Nalanda and appropriate decision shall be taken after seeking response from her and till then no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that he has got no objection to the said proposal of the respondents.
