Heard the parties.

Although the petitioner seeks a mandamus to the respondent authorities of the Union of India and the State Government to constitute a Delimitation Commission as also to provide reservation to the Scheduled Tribe candidates in the ensuing Assembly Election but rightly pointed out by Mr. S.D.

Patna High Court CWJC No.14489 of 2015 (2) dt.28-09-2015 Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General that the petitioner is neither a person aggrieved nor has he taken appropriate steps to draw the attention of the appropriate authorities towards the grievances raised.

In the circumstances discussed and in view of the objection raised by Mr. S.D. Sanjay, learned Additional Solicitor General the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner, if so advised, may espouse his grievance before the authority concerned.
