1. Learned counsel for the both the parties are present.

2. Pursuant to the order, dated 28.06.2024, a sum of Rs. 15,11,320/- has been paid by the respondents to the petitioner in his bank account towards arrears of difference of salary.

3. The present writ application has been filed by the petitioner claiming arrears of difference of salary for the period from 01.10.1996 to 17.01.2011.

4. Since, the arrears of difference of salary has already been paid, this writ application has become infructuous.
