The present petition has been filed for quashing order dated 18.6.2015, passed by the learned Court of Judicial Magistrate, Ara Bhojpur in Complaint Case No. 144/2013 (Tr. No. 563/15), whereby and whereunder the learned Trial Court has taken cognizance against the accused persons, including the petitioners herein, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate discharge petition at the time of framing of charges by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10996 of 2016(3) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 learned Trial Court. Liberty so sought is granted. 3.

The present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
