Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of commission of murder of the husband of the informant by assault by different family members, including the petitioner. Father of the deceased as well as other family members of the family have already been allowed bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure -3 series.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
