1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this application is being filed on behalf of above named petitioners for giving direction to Respondent authority to issue appointment letter in favour of petitioners for the post of
Patna High Court CWJC No.7744 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2023 2/2 Home Guard in the district of Khagaria after empanelment in final selection list."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondent-State in paragraph no.6 of the counter affidavit, filed in the present case, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
