2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submitted that with respect to Centre No.40, North East Dhamsain under Ali Nagar Prakhand, District, Darbhanga,
Patna High Court CWJC No.11074 of 2013(3) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 selection process has already completed.
4. Considering the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the respective parties, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law for the relief as sought for in the present writ petition, as and when she desires.
