JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend arrest in Habibpur P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-406, 420, 467, 471, 120(B), 379, 427, 386, 327 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears from paragraph-3 of the petition that the petitioner has long criminal antecedent. There are seven cases pending against him. There is specific allegation against this petitioner that he made demand of rangdari of Rs. Ten lacs from the informant when he went on his land. The informant has alleged that he has purchased the land on 06-09-2014 by registered sale deed and also constructed the boundary wall. This petitioner demolished the boundary wall and came armed with gun and made demand of Rs. Ten lacs from the informant and told that unless amount will be paid, the complainant will not be allowed to go on the land.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59184 of 2017 (2) dt.13-12-2017 2/2 In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which will be considered and disposed of on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
