The said contempt application came to be filed earlier after the final disposal of the writ petition in 2008. A second writ petition was filed being C.W.J.C. No.24401 of 2013 that was dismissed on 22nd August, 2014. These two contempt applications are for an identical cause namely non-compliance of the order dated 26th February, 2008 with regard to which M.J.C. No. 1409 of 2014 is already pending.

I do not find any justification for the institution of these two contempt applications which are hereby consigned to records without prejudice to the proceedings in MJC No.1409 of 2014.
