It appears from the order dated 6.3.2018 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 7028 of 2018 that after some argument, counsel for the petitioner has withdrawn the application. Accordingly, the application was dismissed as withdrawn by the aforesaid order. Therefore, this Court does not find any fresh ground to entertain this second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. The application stands dismissed.
