The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur P.S. Case No. 1177 of 2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504, 109 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act..

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner happened to be assailant. . A report was called for from the Court below regarding the stage of the case. The same is kept at Flag- 'X'. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
