The present application has been filed for quashing of the order of suspension passed in Memo No. 5/Aa-2-1017/2013455, dated 25.09.2013, issued by the Joint Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar, Patna whereby the petitioner has been put under suspension due to institution of a criminal case against him, being Economic

Patna High Court CWJC No.18540 of 2014 dt.08-06-2020 2/2 Offences Case No. 39 of 2013.

Mr. Ajay Kumar Rastogi, learned AAG-10 submits that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service vide order dated 06.06.2016, passed by Joint Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Government of Bihar.

In that view of the matter, the present application has now become infructuous. Accordingly, it is disposed of as infructuous.
