2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 341 , 323 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner No. 1 is only alleged to be order giver and petitioner No. 2 is alleged to have assaulted on the head of brother of the informant with butt of pistol due to which he sustained injury . Doctor has found injury simple in nature . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Considering the nature of injury , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34457 of 2024(2) dt.23-05-2024 2/2 event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate , Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 257 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
