The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpit took place, in which, both sides sustained injury. The injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature. There is case and counter case. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on
