2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case, registered for offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is a case of 'Dowry Death'. As per F.I.R., daughter of informant was married with co-accused Om Prakash Singh on 19.05.2021 and after two months of the marriage, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R. including petitioners subjected her (informant's daughter) to cruelty and torture due to non-fulfillment of Rs. One lakh, dowry, and lastly, on 19-20 August, 2021, the accused persons killed her and disappeared her dead-body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is sister-inlaw of the deceased. They are simply victim of over implication and separate in mess & property. Thrust of the accusation is against husband of the deceased.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation against them of committing torture and assault to the deceased.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
