This modification application has been filed on behalf of applicant to modify the order dated 09.03.2015, wherein Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 1851 of 2013 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 166 of 2005 was disposed of due to compliance of the order by the concerned authorities. The applicant was neither the party in the C.W.J.C.No. 166 of 2005 nor in Miscellaneous Jurisdiction Case No. 1851 of 2013, as such, I do not find any reason to entertain this application for modification of the order dated 09.03.2015 passed in M.J.C.
