In compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.01.2022 passed in CWJC No. 8390 of 2020, the Director, Rajendra Nagar Super Specialist Eye Science Centre, Patna has passed a reasoned order dated 29.01.2022, whereby and

Patna High Court MJC No.951 of 2022(8) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 whereunder the case of the petitioner has been rejected.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court, disobedience whereof have been complained of, has stood complied with, hence the present petition stands dismissed.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 29.01.2022.
