1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.31163 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Shivnarayanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 483 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
