Patna High Court LPA No.1583 of 2013 dt.02-03-2017 2/2 PLJR 665, which lays down that no direction or consideration is required to be made with regard to appointment on the post of Panchayat Shiksha Mitra, which is non-existent now after 01.07.2006.

Appeal has no merit, it is dismissed.
