2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 236 of 2025 giving rise to Sessions Trial No. 64 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is said to have killed his wife.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.05.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State have opposed the application of the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33157 of 2026(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 and has submitted that there is a child witness also, who has supported the prosecution case.

7. In view of the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
