Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Simri P.S. case no. 115 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. In the written report, it is alleged against this petitioner that he assaulted the informant with stone on his mouth causing injury on his jaw and teeth. The injury report of the informant has been annexed as Annxure 2 wherein the doctor has found fracture of right side of mandible bone which was opined to be grievous in nature.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45581 of 2018(2) dt.13-08-2018 2/2 petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail which shall be considered and disposed of, if possible on the same day, on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the present order.
