The petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No.132 of 2018 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.01.2019.

Learned counsel further submits that in similar circumstance co-accused Raja Kumar has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No.24123 of 2019 vide order dated 15.04.2019.
