This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No.82 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 352 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

From the F.I.R., it appears that one Balister Singh is the assailant of the deceased. In the said assault, three persons have also injured.

The petitioners are not the assailant of the deceased. They are in custody since 07.02.2025. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan/concerned Court below, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.82 of 2025, subject to the condition that they will cooperate in the trial and will appear themselves or through their lawyer on the date fixed in the trial.
